THE STORY
Well, every seconds count in the case of emergency!
OMG !
Dr. M was in the middle of a routine physical examination when she heard a commotion from the waiting room. A man in his mid-50s, John, was clutching his chest and gasping for breath. His wife was frantically calling out for help.
Dr. M immediately assessed Mr X’s condition: he was showing classic signs of a heart attack. She instructed her staff to call for an ambulance and began administering aspirin to thin his blood.
As they worked, Dr. M talked to Mr X, encouraging him to stay calm and focus on his breathing. The ambulance arrived swiftly, and paramedics took over, but not before Dr. Mz had managed to stabilize Mr X’s condition enough for him to make the trip safely.
Later that evening, she received a call from Mr X’s wife, thanking her for her quick actions. Mr X was recovering well and would be returning home soon. Dr. M hung up with a smile, knowing her intervention had made a critical difference.
